"The receptionist was not helpful at all. I was placed in a smoking room despite requesting ahead for a non -smoking room because I have asthma. I even called the day before to make sure I get a non smoking room and they denied I called. I was then placed in a different room and was made to wait 30 minutes so that the room can be cleaned. When we came back 1 hour later, the room was not cleaned at all.The sheets still had human hair all over it.The pillows were obviously used already- wrinkled and all. There were some used soap still in the soap dish and worst of all there were what appeared to be human feces on the tub!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We checked out right away and I called your customer service to complain. I checked in to another hotel. What a shame."
